On October 2, more than 300 women from across Montgomery County and the surrounding region will come together at Normandy Farm Hotel & Conference Center for a day focused on inspiration, connection and growth.

Now in its 11th year, Power Your Potential is designed for women at every stage of their career, life and business journey. The conference creates space to learn, build meaningful relationships, gain new perspectives and walk away with ideas that can be put into action.

The event is led by The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County, with the support of a dedicated committee of Montgomery County professional women and collaborative partners, including Presenting Event Sponsor Firstrust Bank and Affiliate Sponsor POWER: The Power of Professional Women Philadelphia.

Keynote Speakers Anchor the Day

Two keynote presentations will anchor the conference.

The morning keynote, Ana Welsh, will present “Power Your Signature Self™: Timeless Principles for Success, No Matter the Generation.” Welsh will explore how intentional interactions can strengthen relationships, build a strong professional reputation and create new opportunities throughout your career. The morning keynote is sponsored by the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley

In the afternoon, TEDx speaker, author and creator of The Listening Path Christine Miles will present “Shine A Light: Closing the Listening Gap.” Miles will explore the gap between what we say and what others actually hear and understand. Attendees will gain practical tools to improve communication, strengthen teams and build stronger relationships with customers and colleagues. The afternoon keynote is sponsored by QNB Bank.

Interactive Power Sessions

Beyond the keynotes, Power Your Potential offers smaller, interactive sessions designed for practical learning and conversation.

This year’s Power Sessions will explore topics including The LinkedIn Handshake by Brynne Tillman; Moving Beyond Self Doubt by Danette Conley; Strategic Relationships in Every Generation with Sarah Burlew; Getting Unstuck Financially with Lisa Burns; Wellness Workshop to Create Healthy Habits with Jefferson Health; and Building a Business You Actually Want with Leslie Wheeling.

Whether you are building a career, leading a team, growing a business or figuring out what comes next, the goal is to provide useful ideas and connections you can take with you beyond the conference.

Woman of Excellence

The Chamber will also recognize Mary Griffith-Alfarano as its 2026 Woman of Excellence.

Griffith-Alfarano, Vice President and Business Banking Manager for Bucks and Montgomery Counties at Fulton Bank, is being recognized for her commitment to supporting small businesses and her service to the Chamber and Montgomery Township. Her more than 13 years of leadership with Laurel House further reflects her commitment to the community.
