Each of the winning companies was recognized for pivoting during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 to fill a need within the community that marked a quick and distinct departure from their usual business initiatives.

Theresa Hummel-Krallinger, known for her humorous and interactive presentations, is a seasoned trainer, speaker, coach, culture maven, and professional stand-up comedian. Past-President of Greater Philadelphia ATD and Blue Bell Toastmasters, she currently serves on the non-credit faculty at Temple University, teaching courses in business communications and leadership.
