Join us as we page through the scrapbook of remarkable women, capturing snapshots of their journeys. We’ll reflect not only on moments of success but also on the grit, growth, and support that helped them find their way.

Sue Rocco, host of Women to Watch, will guide the discussion, highlighting life wisdom, heartfelt reflections, and humorous stories from times when life didn’t go as planned for her guests.

Together, they’ll explore pivotal moments that shaped their journeys — from the motivations that fueled them to challenges that tested them, lessons learned, what they might do differently, and the mentors who guided their path.

Expect a rich, multi-generational conversation full of insight, inspiration, and real talk.

It’s Okay to Say No – Protect Your Time, Peace of Mind, and Stop Trying to Please Everyone

As women, we often juggle competing demands and expectations, delivering results, but sometimes at the expense of our well-being. This interactive breakout will help you recognize the tendency to put others first and overlook your own needs.

We’ll explore how to set boundaries with confidence and protect your time—without guilt. Through open discussion, you’ll discover the power of bringing your whole, authentic self into every space. This not only benefits you but also those around you.

With guided reflection and practical strategies, you’ll leave with tools to reduce overwhelm, honor your voice, and create space for what truly matters most to you.

Presenters:

Hot in Here: Thriving Through Perimenopause

Women in perimenopause are often at the height of their careers. Many experience symptoms (recognized or not) that adversely impact sleep, energy, focus, mood, level of confidence, and ambition. These symptoms don’t just affect personal health—they directly impact performance, leadership, and earning capacity, relationships, and long-term well-being. Despite recent mainstream media discussion, confusion and misinformation surrounding perimenopause remain. This evidence-based session will cover symptoms, treatment options, and sustainable lifestyle shifts to help you feel like yourself again so you can get back to running the world.

Presenter:  Shonda Moralis - Women's Midlife Wellness
